Partnership Agreement

1. Partnership Overview

This Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between BookMoreTeeTimes.ai ("BMTT") and the participating golf course or teaching professional ("Partner").

The partnership enables Partners to trade unsold inventory (tee times, lessons) in exchange for marketing services, AI-powered booking assistance, and exposure through BMTT's giveaway programs.

3. Partner Receives

In exchange for the inventory commitment, Partner receives:

• ✓Fairway Freddie: 24/7 call answering. Your staff follows up and books
• ✓SMS Marketing Suite - Targeted campaigns to local golfers
• ✓Enhanced Directory Listing - Premium placement in course directory
• ✓Giveaway Promotion - Featured in weekly giveaway campaigns
• ✓Golfer Database Access - Leads generated from promotions

4. Term and Renewal

This Agreement shall commence upon signature and continue for an initial term of twelve (12) months. The Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current term.

5. Inventory Scheduling

Partner shall work with BMTT to designate available inventory windows that:

• • Are typically low-demand or off-peak periods
• • Would otherwise likely go unsold
• • Do not conflict with existing bookings or events
• • Are scheduled at least 14 days in advance of giveaway announcements

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination:

• • Existing scheduled giveaways will be honored
• • Access to BMTT services will end at the close of the notice period
• • Partner retains ownership of any golfer data collected during partnership

7. Acceptance

By submitting a partnership application through the BMTT platform, Partner acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
