The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis for your enjoyment and utility. While we strive for perfection on every hole, we do not guarantee the Service will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMoreTeeTimes.ai shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Fairway Freddie is deployed for golf facilities upon payment of the $3000 calibration and installation fee, followed by a $1000 per month recurring subscription. Services include pro shop inbound telephone voice automation, website AI chat concierge, and initial lapsed player database reactivation sprints. Service is provided on a flexible month-to-month basis with zero long-term lock-in.
Either party may terminate the monthly subscription at any time with thirty (30) days written notice via email to billing@bookmoreteetimes.ai. There are zero cancellation penalties or early termination fees. Upon termination, phone call routing reverts directly to the course pro shop.
Golf facilities in seasonal climates may freeze monthly billing for up to four (4) consecutive months during their winter off-season. Written notice requesting a freeze must be provided at least fifteen (15) days prior to the desired pause cycle. Phone forwarding and active AI answering are paused during the freeze period and reactivated for the spring opening at no additional installation charge.
Course operators acknowledge that inbound calls forwarded to Fairway Freddie are transcribed and processed in real time by automated artificial intelligence for customer service and tee time routing. Course operators agree to maintain an introductory audible chime or greeting notice informing callers that calls may be assisted or recorded by automated intelligence, satisfying all state and federal two-party wiretapping statutes.
For any lapsed golfer database, phone list, or contact records provided by the course facility for reactivation campaigns, the course expressly warrants and represents that all contacts were lawfully obtained with prior express written consent in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state privacy statutes. The course agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BookMoreTeeTimes.ai and its officers against any third-party claims, statutory penalties, regulatory actions, or legal fees resulting from communications sent at the course's request.
Fairway Freddie does not verbally capture, store, or process raw credit card numbers over voice telephony. When deposits or payments are required, Freddie transmits an encrypted digital checkout link to the golfer's mobile device via SMS. Fairway Freddie functions as an operational aid; the course pro shop retains ultimate authority over tee sheet scheduling, player check-in, pricing overrides, and refund decisions. BookMoreTeeTimes.ai aggregate liability under this agreement is strictly limited to the total fees paid by the facility in the preceding three (3) months.
