Posting Summary Job Title Head Golf Coach Division Office of the President Department Athletics Department Work Status Full Time Position Category Staff FLSA Exempt Pay Range Salary Range $60,000 - $70,000 / year Fund Source State Support Job Duties • Provide positive guidance, specific skill instruction and concepts to the Golf student-athletes. • Monitor the academic progress of the Golf student-athletes and ensure the necessary support is provided as needed. • Lead planning meetings to strategize and coordinate practices and competition activities. • Promote and monitor the physical, mental, emotional and social well-being of the Golf student-athletes. • Manage all aspects of the Golf team budget to include coordinating team travel, meals after home competitions, apparel and footwear purchases, timely reconciliations, etc. • Recruit quality student-athletes to maintain preferred squad size by means of personal contact and correspondence, evaluating ability in-person and/or by video
