Head Golf Professional - Reports to Director of Golf

Job Purpose Sharon Heights Golf and Country Club’s Head Golf Professional is responsible for the daily management and operation of the Golf Department, ensuring exceptional service, outstanding member experiences, and operational excellence. This position promotes the game of golf through strong leadership, effective team development, and the delivery of first-class programs, services, and events for members and their guests. Working closely with the Director of Golf, the Head Golf Professional serves as the department’s operational leader and assumes responsibility for all golf operations in the Director of Golf’s absence. The role requires a highly visible leader who is committed to fostering a welcoming culture, developing staff, and maintaining the Club’s high standards.
