POSITION SUMMARY: The Golf Shop Manager is responsible for leading the daily retail operations of the Club's golf shop, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for members and guests while driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and overseeing inventory execution. Working under the guidance of the Golf Buyer/Visual Merchandiser and Director of Golf, the Golf Shop Manager is responsible for executing merchandising initiatives, maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising golf shop retail staff, and ensuring the golf shop reflects the high standards of a premier private country club.
