Official Giveaway Rules

Each giveaway is sponsored by BookMoreTeeTimes.ai, 555 Belaire Ave #215, Chesapeake, VA 23320 (the "Sponsor"). Questions about these rules can be sent to legal@bookmoreteetimes.ai. Where a golf course or brand provides a prize, it is named in the prize details below. No social network sponsors, endorses or administers any giveaway.

These rules apply to every giveaway listed below. The prize, its approximate retail value, the entry period, the drawing date and who may enter are set for each giveaway and shown here exactly as recorded for it.

One winner is drawn for each giveaway and one prize is awarded. The prize is awarded as described and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable.

You must be at least 18 years old on the date you enter and a legal resident of the area named for that giveaway. Employees of the Sponsor and of any course or brand providing that prize, and members of their immediate households, may not enter. Each giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Enter at no cost by completing the entry form at bookmoreteetimes.ai/giveaway during the entry period. The form asks for your first name, email address and mobile number. It also offers an optional box to agree to receive text messages from the Sponsor. Agreeing to texts is not required to enter and does not change your chances of winning. If you agree, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop messages without affecting your entry.

Your entry counts once for the giveaway you entered. Entering again with the same mobile number for the same giveaway does not add entries. Entries are not carried over from one giveaway to another.

After you enter, you can earn bonus entries by taking optional actions shown on the confirmation page, such as sharing your personal link or following our social accounts. Each of those counts once per entrant. You also earn 3 bonus entries for each friend who enters using your personal link, added to the entry that link belongs to. An entry made by scanning a participating golf course's QR code receives 5 bonus entries. Joining the waiting list while no giveaway is open gives 5 entries in the next national giveaway, added automatically when it opens (if you have already entered that giveaway with the same mobile number, your existing entry stands and the waiting list entry is not added). Every bonus is free. None requires a purchase, and no purchase of any kind adds entries.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that giveaway, including bonus entries. Each entry is one chance in the drawing. On or after the drawing date, the Sponsor draws one winner at random from all eligible entries for that giveaway, weighted so that an entrant with more entries has a proportionally greater chance. Only entries for that giveaway are included in its drawing. There is no minimum number of entries required for a drawing to take place.

The winner is notified by email and text message at the contact details given on the entry form. The winner may be asked to confirm eligibility and sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release where permitted by law. If a winner cannot be reached, does not meet these rules, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. For a prize valued at $600 or more, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and the Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC for the prize value.

The winner's first name may be shown on bookmoreteetimes.ai after the drawing. No phone number or email address of any entrant is published. To request the name of a winner, email legal@bookmoreteetimes.ai or write to the Sponsor at the address above within 60 days of the drawing date.

Information you give when you enter is used to run the giveaway and to send you the messages you agreed to, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Sponsor may disqualify entries made with false information, automated tools, or multiple identities to gain extra entries. If a giveaway cannot run as planned because of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor may cancel or modify it and, where appropriate, draw a winner from the eligible entries received before the problem occurred. By entering, you agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
