Overview Instructor/Coach for the Back Nine White Marsh Scope of Work Instructor/Coach shall: • Be generally available to manage lessons and facility use. • Respond promptly to inquiries from members and guests. • Maintain a professional, clean, and orderly workspace. • Promote The Back Nine and its services in the community and on social media. • Abide by the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement. • Develop clinc, lesson, and instruction plan for the facility Lesson Booking and Payment • All golf lessons must be booked and paid through the Back Nine facility (via the Company's point-of-sale or booking software). • The Company shall collect all payments directly from clients and will remit payment to the Instructor/Coach on a biweekly or monthly basis, as agreed upon by the Parties. • The Instructor/Coach shall receive [70%] of all gross golf lesson fees collected (after sales tax, if applicable). • The Company shall retain [30%] of all golf lesson fees. • Refunds, if issue
