Job Summary • The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and is responsible for executing the Superintendent's job duties in the superintendent's absence. The Superintendent is entrusted with the maintenance, operation, and management of the golf course. This position serves as a liaison between the company, the customer representative, and the golf shop on matters related to daily course operations. The Superintendent is easily contacted and also remains in contact with key employees on the golf course at all times. The Assistant Superintendent must be able to respond quickly to any situation.
