Golf Course Superintendent - Southern Hills Plantation Club

Position Overview Southern Hills Plantation Club is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Golf Course Superintendent to lead all golf course maintenance and grounds operations. The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for maintaining the golf course in exceptional playing condition while managing the club’s turf-care programs, landscaping, equipment, irrigation systems, budgets, personnel, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong agronomic knowledge, sound administrative skills, and the ability to develop both short- and long-term plans for the property. Primary Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the golf course, clubhouse grounds, landscaping, open spaces, and related maintenance equipment. • Develop and implement comprehensive golf course maintenance programs. • Prepare and manage the department’s annual operating and capital budgets. • Recruit, schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate golf course ma
