Assistant Golf Professional

Overview Florence Country Club is seeking a motivated, service-minded Assistant Golf Professional who wants more than simply their next job. We are looking for an emerging golf professional who wants to grow, take on meaningful responsibility, and intentionally prepare for the next step in their career. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience across the full scope of a private club golf operation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Golf and gain meaningful exposure to budgeting and financial management, tournament operations, staff leadership and scheduling, member engagement, merchandising, teaching and player development, junior programming, and the daily management of the golf operation. Our goal is not simply to hire someone to help operate the golf department. Our goal is to develop a golf professional.
