Position Overview:

The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the maintenance, conditioning, and presentation of the golf course, practice facilities, common grounds, landscaping, and related equipment. This position develops and implements agronomic programs, manages departmental personnel and financial resources, and works closely with CEO, General Manager and IJGA coaches to achieve short- and long-term course objectives. • Lead the daily maintenance, conditioning, and presentation of the golf course, practice facilities, common grounds, landscaping, and surrounding property.
• Develop and execute comprehensive agronomic programs appropriate for Central Florida turfgrass and growing conditions.
