Golf Shop Attendant

Windber Country Club is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Pro Shop team. The Pro Shop Employee will help provide excellent service to our members and guests while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the golf shop. Responsibilities • Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner • Answer phones and assist with tee time reservations • Check golfers in and collect applicable greens fees, cart fees, and other charges • Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit card transactions • Maintain an organized and clean Pro Shop • Assist with merchandise sales and restocking • Help keep the golf course and practice areas organized and presentable • Assist with golf outings, tournaments, and club events • Help with golf cart staging, cleaning, and organization as needed • Monitor pace of play and assist golfers with questions or course information • Complete other duties as assigned to help keep the go
