Position Overview: The Assistant Golf Professional is a key member of the golf shop team and is responsible for assisting the Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf oversee and providing direction in several aspects of Cypresswood Golf Club’s operation, including but not limited to, Customer Service, Tournament Operations, Golf Shop Merchandising, Human Resource Management, and Golf Programming. • Customer Service – Lead by example always maintaining positive and productive relationships with Cypresswood’s Golf Shop, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, and Volunteer Staffs to ensure all guests are constantly and consistently extended “best in class” customer service.
