Overview The Shell Point PGA Head Golf Professional will report to the Shell Point Director of Golf and is responsible for the day-to-day golf operations, staff leadership, member/player experience, and instructional programming. The PGA Head Golf Professional serves as the operational leader responsible for delivering an exceptional day-to-day golf experience and ensuring the golf department runs smoothly. Daily Golf Operations • Oversee daily golf shop operations and ensure exceptional customer service. • Manage tee sheet operations, pace of play, and the resident/member experiences. • Coordinate daily play with golf course maintenance staff. • Ensure compliance with Shell Point policies/standards and safety procedures.
