Description Job Summary (Essential Functions): The Head Golf Professional is responsible for the leadership and execution of the daily Golf Operations at Island Country Club. Working closely with the Director of Golf, the Head Golf Professional oversees the Golf Shop, professional staff, tournament operations, handicap administration, tee-sheet management, member programming, player development, Outside Operations, and the overall member and guest experience. The position serves as a key operational leader and is expected to provide visible, professional, and service-driven leadership while developing staff, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the strategic direction established by the Director of Golf. Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Professional Golf Management, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of five years of progressive experience as a golf professional, preferably within a high-end private club environment
