Golf Operations Manager

Manage the daily operations of the Golf Operations Department including supervising full-time and part-time staff, managing department facility, rentals and reservations, special events, overseeing memberships, billing and the software used to manage department operations. Manges golf shop inventory and golf cart fleet.The list is not intended to be all-inclusive nor exclusive but is intended to provide examples of typical duties performed. • Supervises golf operations staff to include golf shop, outside services, starters and hosts, by assigning work, directing staff in their duties, monitoring progress of work, providing feedback and training at Ballantrae Golf Club regarding management of the facility. • Creates, implements and enforces facility safety, daily operations, rules and regulations along with policies and procedures. • Manages all membership accounts, billing, collections and solves any membership issues. • Works with internal and external departments/organizations/custo
