Golf Maintenance | 2nd Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Course Maintenance Foreman to support daily operations and lead a grounds crew in delivering championship-level playing conditions and resort-quality landscaping. This leadership role is vital to executing the Superintendent’s agronomic vision while ensuring all golfcourseand surrounding grounds are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate the golf course maintenance crew to perform daily duties efficiently and safely.
• Execute and oversee all golf course maintenance practices including mowing, edging, bunker maintenance, irrigation, and daily course setup.
• Manage landscape maintenance for resort grounds including weeding, pest control, and plant care (interior and exterior).
• Plan and assign work schedules; inspect ongoing and completed tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
