Overview Crow Valley Golf Club, a premier family-focused private facility in the Quad Cities, is seeking an energetic, organized, and passionate golf professional to serve as our Director of Junior Golf Development . This role is designed for a professional who specializes in youth development and thrives on creating a fun, engaging, and competitive environment for golfers of all skill levels. While the core focus will be leading all junior programming-including our PGA Jr. League teams, summer camps, and weekly clinics-the ideal candidate will also have ample opportunity to provide private instruction to the broader membership. Experience Required • PGA/LPGA Status: Class A PGA/LPGA Member or a motivated PGA Associate making steady progress in the Associate Program. • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience focusing heavily on youth sports coaching, junior golf instruction, or camp operations. • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
