Overview
An Assistant Golf Professional at Oyster Harbors Club should expect to be in this position for two to five years and possess a strong desire to become a Head Golf Professional. Assistant Golf Professionals will report to the Head Golf Professional and will work closely with the other members of the Professional Team. Our main goal is to provide exceptional member service by utilizing teamwork to create a culture of selflessness. In addition to assisting with day-to-day operations, this position will have responsibilities within tournament operations, merchandising, golf instruction, starting daily play and playing golf with the membership.
