- Provide positive guidance, specific skill instruction and concepts to the Golf student-athletes.
- Monitor the academic progress of the Golf student-athletes and ensure the necessary support is provided as needed.
- Lead planning meetings to strategize and coordinate practices and competition activities.
- Promote and monitor the physical, mental, emotional and social well-being of the Golf student-athletes.
- Manage all aspects of the Golf team budget to include coordinating team travel, meals after home competitions, apparel and footwear purchases, timely reconciliations, etc.
- Recruit quality student-athletes to maintain preferred squad size by means of personal contact and correspondence, evaluating ability in-person and/or by video
