Job Summary: Responsible to the Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent for duties that pertain to the Scott Schreiner Golf Course. Assists with customer service, public relations, safety, and implements maintenance duties to ensure high-quality course conditions. Supervises Equipment Operator and Maintenance Worker staff and volunteers. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: This information is intended to be descriptive of the key responsibilities of the position. The following examples do not identify all duties performed by any single incumbent. 1. Supervises work crews. 2. Mows, trims, landscapes, and performs general building maintenance (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.). 3. Oversees custodial operations. 4. Maintains irrigation systems and equipment. 5. Assists superintendent with preventative maintenance and safety programs. 6. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
