Golf Maintenance Mechanic

Performs mid-level complex work. Works under limited supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. Maintains the fleet of golf carts and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition. Duties include repairing, replacing, and servicing mechanical and automotive equipment and diagnosing engine, mechanical, and electrical problems. The Mechanic must be available to work more than 40 hours per week when operational need is required along with being “on-call” when assigned by the Superintendent. • Run and operate mowers and equipment that is repaired or needs repairs.

• Supervises, leads, and directs assigned staff and provides evaluations.
• Implement and maintain any and all policies and procedures as directed by the Superintendent and General Manager.
• Oversee and schedule equipment preventive maintenance and upkeep of mower cutting units.
