Job Description Job DescriptionAre you ready to shape the future of golf coaching? Golf is changing, and so is the career path for coaches. At Tee Box, we’re not here to maintain the status quo. We’re building a new model where technology, fitness, and coaching collide to transform how players train and improve. Box Pros aren’t just instructors—they’re leaders, connectors, and entrepreneurs who thrive in a dynamic environment. If you’re ready to challenge convention, own your role, and grow with a disruptive brand, this is your next step. Tee Box Midland is looking for a driven, tech-forward Head Golf Professional to lead our indoor performance facility.
This isn’t a traditional club job.
This is a leadership role inside a modern, membership-based training center built around TrackMan, Sportsbox 3D, TPI screening, club fitting, and community-driven coaching.
