Job Description We’re currently searching for a Golf Course Maintenance Assistant to join our Rec Sports team in Blacksburg, VA to help us in our mission to promote and support the wellbeing of the Hokie Community. HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE: 1) You'll be part of the Recreational Sports department, a collaborative and student-centered organization committed to enhancing wellbeing, physical activity, sport, and fitness through high-quality facilities, programs, and experiences for the campus community. 2) You’ll be reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent in a 1500-hour, non-benefited position. 3) You’ll support the daily maintenance, conditioning, and presentation of the Virginia Tech Golf Course and surrounding grounds. 4) You’ll perform a wide range of turfgrass and landscape maintenance duties to help ensure the course is safe, playable, and maintained to a high standard for students, faculty, staff, guests, and other users. 5) You’ll play an important support
