Facilities - Part Time

Job Responsibilities • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment. • Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials. • Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces. • Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or issues. • Support facility security measures and access control. • Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements • Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures. • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. • Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials. • Effective communication and teamwork abilities. • Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities. • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
