External: New team members, members, vendors, support businesses,
hospitality associations, and everyone involved in the operation.
Golf Shop Responsibilities
- Greeting and assist members, guests, and daily golfers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process cash and credit-card transactions.
- Sell golf apparel, equipment, accessories, merchandise, and gift items.
- Assist customers with product selection and general golf-related questions.
- Answer phones and assist with tee-time reservations and golfer check-in.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive pro shop.
- Assist with golf tournaments, outings, and special events.
- Support the Head Golf Professional and Pro Shop Manager with daily operations.
Outside Services Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests as they arrive at the golf facility.
- Assist golf
