Overview The Golf Performance Academy is seeking a passionate, motivated Golf Coach to join our coaching team and help junior golfers develop their full potential. The ideal candidate combines strong golf knowledge with a holistic approach to player development, including technical, physical, mental, and strategic elements. This position is ideal for a young professional beginning their career in Coaching. The position will include training within the PDS (Player Development System - a structured, data-driven approach to evaluating and developing golfers rather than simply working on swing technique) Experience Required Previous Coaching and competitive playing background preferred but not required. Extensive training will be provided in Player Development Systems inclduing our proprietary PDI Assessment process.
