Pro-Shop Assistant / Golf Operations

Pro Shop Attendant Department: Golf Operations Position: Pro Shop Attendant The golf shop attendant promotes the game of golf and the club while providing exceptional customer service to Members and their Guest's. They must be able to respond to inquiries and make tee times for members and guests both in person and on the phone. The GSA assists in overseeing the golf operation and flow of the golf course. Must have a strong will and be able to enforce golf course rules and policies. Will assist with overseeing the outside golf staff while on duty to ensure that the operation in running efficiently. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following: • Provide Excellent Customer Service to all Members and Guests. • Become familiar and interact with Membership. • Opening and closing of the Pro Shop. • Be familiar with and follow all cash handling procedures. • Registration / checking in of golf play. • Merchandising;
