Position Summary:

The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and management of the golf course and surrounding grounds. This includes turfgrass management, irrigation systems, equipment maintenance, personnel supervision, budgeting, and ensuring optimal playing conditions year-round. The Superintendent works closely with the General Manager and Golf Professional staff to deliver a high-quality golf experience for members and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement maintenance and agronomic programs to maintain greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and roughs to championship standards
• Supervise and manage all grounds staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Oversee operation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including repairs and water
