Pro Shop Attendant

The Pro Shop Attendant offers friendly, expedient service at the heart of the operation: checking players in, running the tee sheet, handling merchandise and food and beverage sales, and keeping the shop sharp. You're the hub connecting guests, the outside team, and the golf staff. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Welcome and check in golfers with warm, professional service; collect green and cart fees and process them accurately in the POS (Lightspeed, and we'll train you) - Keep the tee sheet running smoothly and help protect pace of play with the outside team - Ring up merchandise, apparel, range balls, and food and beverage; handle cash and cards accurately - Assist the golf staff with day-to-day shop operations and guest requests - Receive merchandise, rotate and refresh displays, and keep an organized, well-stocked shop and stockroom - Answer phones and email courteously: rates, tee times, memberships, and events - Promote memberships, leagues, and upcoming events to every guest WHAT WE'RE LOOKI
