Golf Shop Assistant

Overview

The Golf Shop Assistant will assist with the day-to-day operation of the pro shop. This includes maintaining the pro shop appearance, assisting with physical inventory, and accurately checking customers in and out. The role emphasizes customer service and merchandising, requiring a friendly attitude and strong people skills. Monster Golf Club is attached to Resorts World Catskills and operates from April through October.

Experience Required

• Exceptional customer service record with experience in retail preferred.
• Must be well organized and be able to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic knowledge of golf preferred but not required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, customer service-oriented atmosphere that promotes the Monster Golf Club and exceeds guest needs.
• Provide the highest level of customer service with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and professional retail shop, including arranging visual displays
