Golf Operations Manager

Overview Summary This position creatively and independently leads and manages with little direction, the service delivery of the golf business operations including organizational development, event management, fiscal control, strategic marketing, revenue production, programming, staff utilization, long range planning, and the safe operation/coordination of facilities. The Golf Operations Manager will have the ability to give independent lessons on a limited basis on a separate contract as determined by the General Manager. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: This position is supervised by the Head Golf Professional. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: This position supervises the Golf Operations Coordinator, as well as their subsequent staff including full and part-time staff and contractual persons that are assigned.
