POSITION TITLE: Cart Attendant
FACILITY/DEPARTMENT: Golf Operations
REPORTS TO (TITLE): Outside Services Supervisor, Assistant Golf Professional, Head Golf Professional
BASIC FUNCTION: Assist in every phase of outside operation. Provide excellent customer service for all golf-related activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Public relations oriented
- Knowledge of golf
- Good communication skills
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Reliable
- Minimum of 1-year of high school completed
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Prior public service helpful
- Previous golf experience preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greets all guests upon arrival and assists with the loading and unloading of golf bags.
- Ensures carts are staged and properly stocked with amenities.
- Ensures rental sets are properly cleaned, stored and accounted for.
- Washes golf carts nightly and assures proper storage to include charging batteries.
- Assists with cart detailing.
- Picks up driving range balls and assures they
