Overview The Pro Shop Attendant is the friendly face and first point of contact of the golf course, delivering exceptional customer service to golfers and visitors while driving retail sales in the pro shop. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the overall member and guest experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about golf and retail service. Key Responsibilities -Greet and assist all customers in a professional, enthusiastic manner. -Process sales of golf equipment, apparel, accessories, snacks, beverages, and merchandise using a point-of-sale (POS) system. -Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately while balancing the register at the end of shifts. -Manage the phone system, accurately getting callers directed to the proper person. -Provide course information, tee time assistance, and basic rules or etiquette guidance to guests. -Maintain accurate inventory records,
