2nd Assistant Golf Professional Golf Club in Plainfield, Illinois is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Professional. Position Overview: Under the general supervision of the Head Golf Professional, the Second Assistant Golf Professional is responsible for assisting in the organization and supervision of clubhouse operations and programs. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Knowledge of the principles, theory, and philosophy of the golf services profession. • Knowledge of the development and operations of golf course facilities. • Ability to display professionalism with patrons. • Ability to address complaints and resolve concerns. • Working knowledge of basic computer software. • Excellent cash handling skills. Education and Experience: • Associate’s degree in Business, Recreation and Park Administration, Golf Course Management or related field. • Minimum one (1) year of experience in golf instruction, operation, and tournaments, or an equivalent combination of education
