Use of hand and power tools such as ride on mowers, trimmers, weedeaters, blowers. Laying of sod, planting, sprinkler installation. Digging, raking, watering. (4) workers needed. Dates of need: 10/1/26-7/31/27. 3 months experience necessary. Rotating shifts. Workdays: Mon-Sun. Work hours: 6am-3pm. Rate of pay: $18.25-$22/hr based on performance, $27.38-$33/hr overtime. Workers paid biweekly. 35 hours/wk. Optional housing provided for $150/week with a $350 deposit ($250 refundable upon completion of contract & housing inspection/ $100 NON refundable). Work is temporary full time employment. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. May get up to 10 hours of overtime when available. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
