JOB OVERVIEW:

The Director of Golf leads the overall financial, operational, and community management of the Pryor Creek Golf Club, ensuring it serves as a fiscally responsible and accessible public recreational asset. Reporting to city leadership, this role oversees daily pro shop operations, tournament programming, staff management, and budget management to maximize revenue and golfer satisfaction. Additionally, the Director collaborates closely with grounds maintenance and leads local player development programs, with an emphasis on youth and community engagement.
