1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing BookMoreTeeTimes.ai ("the Registry") or interacting with Fairway Freddie ("the Concierge"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using our services immediately.
2. Messaging & Concierge Services
BMTT provides autonomous concierge services between golfers and golf courses.
- Authorization: You authorize BMTT and Fairway Freddie to communicate with golf courses on your behalf to inquire about availability and secure tee times.
- SMS Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy, BMTT is not responsible for errors in course availability or pricing provided by third-party facilities.
3. User Responsibilities
Users of the Registry agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and payment information.
- Honor all tee time reservations made through the Concierge.
- Refrain from using the platform for any fraudulent or "sniping" activities.
4. Limitation of Liability
BMTT is a matching and concierge platform. We are not a golf course owner or operator. All rounds of golf are played under the specific rules and liability waivers of the host facility.
